Early life
Zack Villere was born in Covington, Louisiana to Keith Villere, the Mayor of Covington at the time and his wife Carol Miles, who was a social worker. He wasn't allowed to play video games at home and spent time listening to music. He attended Covington High School and later was permitted to have dual enrollment with the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts. Villere learned how to play the Saxophone in Middle School and later learned how to play the guitar during his later years of High School. He was a member of the Covington High School Jazz Band. Villere began making beats with FL Studio in his junior year of high school, later one of his friends showed him how to use Ableton.

Career
Villere adopted the moniker "Froyo Ma" while attending Loyola University of New Orleans and released music on Soundcloud. He dropped his first EP, Pants on October 25, 2015, featuring the artist Charlotte Day Wilson, in his first major hit "Spent Missing". The song, has over one million plays on the music platform Spotify. He has since acquired over 30 thousand followers on Soundcloud and released his first studio album, Little World. His first single "Cool", released on May 23, 2017, over a million plays on Spotify and its music video has over 2,000,000 views on Youtube. Zack collaborated with Brockhampton member Ameer Vann on the single "High Tolerance" and produced the song.
Music Style
His work has been labeled R&B and alternative music. He has collaborated with J'Von, a rapper from Seattle, numerous times throughout his career.
